CrossFit Athletes

For experienced CrossFit athletes here is the schedule. We do not offer structured weekly classes but if you train 3:1 or 3:1,2:1 or different then we will be able to fit you in:

February 2012:

Wednesday 1st Cave 2000-2100 Sorry for the mix up Amer and Paul!

Tuesday 14th Cave 1800-1900
Wednesday 15th Cave 1800-1900
Thursday 16th Cave 2000-2100
Monday 20th BeaverFit 1830-200
Tuesday 21st Cave 1800-1900
Wednesday 22nd Cave 1800-1900
Thursday 23rd Cave 1800-1900

Generally we adhere the following guidlines:
Monday-Friday Batcave times are 1800-1900 (some exceptions are 2000-2100)
Saturday Batcave times are 1500-1900  (some exceptions are 2000-2100)
Sunday Batcave times are 1700-1800  (some exceptions are 2000-2100) we do a recovery wod and focus on mobility. Also don’t forget the icebath! This is because we have lots of athlethes doing a TT or race on Sunday.
Monday-Friday BeaverFit times are 1830-2000. We do a longer hero or sealfit type wod most probally including some skill/maximal lifting.

 

 

New Athletes

If you are new to CrossFit then you cannot jump into sessions straight away. Its not fair on you! We offer a 3 week on ramp program to get you up to speed to integrate in wods.

Monday 6th 1900-2000
Monday 13th 1900-2000
Monday 20th 1900-2000
Monday 27th 1800-1900 

This program will cover the ground work with various movements so we can ensure you have proper mechanics to set you right in your path to elite fitness. We will also introduce you to a little friend you will learn to love called intensity. Places are limited so book early.
