We believe in a holistic approach to training. In addition to working hard while you are at the gym, we will teach you: how to eat properly, proper recovery methods, and other best practices to improve your performance and get the results you have always wanted but never achieved.

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

CrossFit uses functional movements which is what our bodies were designed to do in nature. We train people for life here at CrossFit Shropshire. The skills you learn will help you have a fit and healthy live. We can also help you to prepare and excel at your chosen sport.

Very importantly we will never waste time doing isolation movements like bicep curls when we could be doing weighted pull ups. We will never do a calf raise when we could be doing squats!

The second most important part of CrossFit is universal scalability. This means we will scale the workout to suit you so you can still take part and work hard.

CrossFit Shropshire is the first  (Alan Partridge has helped with this statement; and thus the best and is most defiantly an award worthy) Strength and Conditioning gym in Shropshire.

We use CrossFit Endurance methodology to improve our athletes in their endurance sports.
