20 minute as many rounds as possible:

15 back extensions
15 knees to chest
15 42.5kg overhead squats

Lisa (12kg ohs): 10 rounds + back extensions and knees to elbows.
Verge (40kg front squats & back squats): 7 rounds + 4 knees to elbows.
